A lady at my work gave me a recipe for a Cafe Rio salad and it was So GOOD! It has the rice, black beans and sweet pork! It tasted so much like the original! Although it cost about as much as the original to make so I guess you could take your pick, the easy way or go to Cafe Rio! I would definitly make it again, but next time I wouldnt use as much cilantro, and I would wear gloves when I cut the jalepino and cilantro my face burned the whole night from me touching it!
